Revived painted chest of drawers

We have revived this chest of drawers for our customer in Wrexham. The customer wanted the piece made lighter so decided on going for a Matt Dimity colour by Farrow and Ball and the top in a medium oak wax. We started by sanding all the old dark tinted lacquer off to give a good base for the paint so the paint will not chip or peal off, we then applied a coat of primer then two coats of Matt paint to achieve the desired finish, we then applied two coats of medium ok coloured wax. The two colours go well together giving this piece a Beautiful Ending.
